1)  The needs of families in need of support are communicated to Support for Hope.

2)  Teams of willing members of the community are formed to provide support for families who need it.





3)  Formed Support Teams work closely with families for encouragement, support, and to meet the specific needs of the family.

4)  Caring members of the community not a part of a team can also select the needs they would like to meet by clicking "Meet a Need" at the top of the page.  (Specific instructions to meet needs will be listed with the needs and communicated through email).
